testimonials

“Anna has helped me a lot to better understand the triggers of my drinking behaviour. Without her support, I found it difficult to stop for more than a couple of days. With her support, it became surprisingly easy. By outlining alternative strategies she enabled me to get out of the vicious circle in my head. Anna is very caring and super responsive and through her own experience, she really knows what she is talking about. I definitely recommend Anna as your coach if you struggle with addiction.”

— Jonas, Rotterdam

“It was very good timing when I saw Anna’s advert to join the 30-day challenge. The emails helped me to focus on the reasons why I sometimes drink excessively and highlighted ways to deal with triggers. The weekly meetings with other participants were extremely valuable. It was great to be able to share experiences, reflect on my own lessons, and gain insight from others. Thank you Anna!”

— Cindy, London

“I have very much enjoyed and benefited from this month of coaching with Anna. I particularly appreciated having someone who was easy to relate to, empathetic, and who went through some of the same mechanisms that I am going through. Our sessions ended up being about much more than sobriety, particularly focusing on the idea of life purpose and the switch felt very natural. I feel much stronger and more comfortable on my path towards sobriety.”

— Tobias, Hamburg
